This dry extract is 30 times more concentrated than the mushroom powder.

The Maitake mushroom contains valuable vitamins, minerals and trace elements, including B-group vitamins, selenium, iron, potassium and magnesium. Recommended daily dose: (9 capsules) contains 2.7 g of 30% Maitake mushroom extract.

Usage: 1-3 capsules 2-3 times a day.
