Ingredients: 100% mushroom powder from the Reishi mushroom, finely „shellbroken“ to enhance bioavailability.

Application: Nutritional supplement. Source of polysaccharides. The mushroom is rich in vitamins B1, B2, B6, niacin, biotin, folic acid, highly concentrated polysaccharides, essential amino acids, minerals, oligoelements. Recommended daily dose: (3 tablespoons) contain 9 g of Reishi mushroom powder.

Usage: 1 tsp 1-3 times a day in a glass of light warm water.
